Design Story

The composition is strictly symmetrical: a solar eclipse sits dead centre, its corona flaring outward in fine radial rays against near-total black. Concentric orbital rings and dotted star tracks ripple outward, carrying moon phases from crescent to full around the perimeter like a calendar wheel. Compass roses, constellation marks and delicate filigree corners frame the field, while a scrolled cartouche at the base carries the readable text ECLIPSE SOCIETY above HALLOWEEN ELEGANCE. The palette is restrained to two tones — black and antique gold — with warm white only in the corona. That tonal discipline is what makes it read as refined rather than costume-shop Halloween.

Entryway & Styling

Seen from standing height, the rectangular footprint works in its favour: the eclipse anchors the middle, the gold border traces the edges, and the lettering sits low so it stays legible as you approach the threshold. Edge-to-edge coverage means no dead space, and the dark ground lets warm porch light and autumn styling do the rest.
